      Pros

      Plenty of drinks available in the refrigerator.

      Cons

      Job security is non existant. Required Security practices aren't taken seriously. Executives have a Nonchalant attitude, the CEO spends a large amount of time socializing with employees. They hire university graduates that know nothing about staffing or professional services. The recruited resources are from the bottom of the barrel, inexpensive but the quality is questionable.
