Pros
No Pros for Genuine and Dedicated employees, if you are person who believe can survive in toxic environment then this is the right place. When you join you will feel like honeymoon period for the first week the management will treat you like you are the bestest employee and after some days you will realize how biased is the environment. Only Pro is you can ask 50% or more hike they will give you but for that you have to compromise your values and identity.
Cons
Micro Management - total employees in the company is around or less than 20 including top level manager and they will act like this is the only company in US and India and the workers are slaves for their customer. Even if the notice period is 2 months they will mention in the OFFER LETTER as you need to stay as long as they need to find replacement and when you give notice they will force you to stay for 3-4 months as even if they get a replacement. Their will not be any work life balance for onsite employees as they will screw you always mentally. Their is no background check or anything and this will affect your efforts as you will realize that the person you are reporting has not even the basic idea of what the heck is going on. You will be hired as one technical specialist or developer but after some time you will be forced to handle multiple roles.
