Supportive teammates, but toxic management and long hours

Wonderful, uplifting QA team, they are the only ones willing to help out and the only ones with any knowledge about payment posting.

Gosh, can you give less than 1 star?? DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT 12+ hour days (unpaid), an upper management that does not listen or care to make things better. Untrained agents who, said upper management, expect the world from them in under 90 days. Also, be prepared to be written up for unjust causes by upper management who have never even done your job! Or even know how to, and will tell you so! Be prepared to be a literal slave for less money than you would in other places. They are so used to hiring overseas and abusing people. If you are American and used to any normalcy in a work environment where you are appreciated, you WILL HATE IT HERE! The lack of communication is real, but you know when they do communicate, behind your back, letting the rest of the team know you are being let go. What a shady, shady place. Believe what the reviews say. I was gullible and wanted to buy into Taiza's lies that she regurgitated so easily. She isn't the face anymore, but the lies are the same; there is no light at the end of the tunnel!
