The biggest problem with this company is that starting pay is $13/hr for all it's warehouse workers as of 2017, and you get only about $0.75 raise every year no matter what you do and no matter how committed you are. So the guy who is breaking his back running a giant printing machine and with UV light flashing in his eyes all day is making the same as the guy who is just sitting there putting stickers on plastic bags and chatting all day with his friends. Some guys have been there for as long as 8 yrs and know how to run every printing machine and how to edit art files (which require knowledge of adobe photoshop and other programs) and also help train most new workers and they make only $16/hr.
Also, since the warehouse obviously doesn’t pay competitive wages, it relies almost entirely on minorities and immigrants from cheap temp agencies. If any of them turn out to be good and will accept $13/hr, they hire them full time. Also, as someone has already mentioned here, they never conduct drug or alcohol testing, because if they do, 90% of their workers will be gone.
Lastly, warehouse is very noisy. There’re a lot of different machines all running at the same time just a few feet from each other in an increasingly overstuffed warehouse.
