Pros

Great technology and some good brands to work with.

Cons

No sales support materials or training. You are left on your own from day 1. Having two co-owners creates confusion and a lack of direction.

Pros

When I started it was a totally different company. It got better the longer I was there. Changed from linkbuilding to content management. Learned a lot while there.

Cons

It is always changing. I had many different job titles over the years. There were a lot of politics behind the scenes and sometimes I felt like there were some moral grey areas. They seemed to address those after a while.

Pros

Good entry level positions that will teach you the value of hard work. It's a fast placed/exciting place to be if you're interested in digital marketing and SEO; you'll get paid to learn the basics.

Cons

People don't show up for battle each day for you when you don't provide them with the "why" behind the things you've asked them to do. The company has gone from 100+ people to ~25 in the last year, so there's no reason to list off all the most common reasons a business fails...But ultimately, the buck stops with a CEO. Their job is to articulate the vision of a company, and at iAcquire, it always felt like a secret...and there are two ceo's...which makes it hard to hold anyone person (let alone yourself) accountable.
