Pros

Reimbursement of approved certifications. Remote work if the project allows so. Online onboarding process and don't need to visit office for anything.

Cons

Expensive health insurance. You lose your accumulated vacation if you or company terminates employment. Unfair pay for skilled people. An employee working as admin in company and an employee working as consultant bringing revenue are compensated pretty much same. Best performance review gets you an annual increment of 2%. Too much extra expectation of work that benefits company. You will be expected to help in interviews and anything that company may need help with that you may have as your skills on your resume. Too many surveys and updates need to be added every week to 2 weeks. Double time sheets need to be submitted if you are working via a vendor and monthly reports are needed to validate hours posted in their and vendors platform. HR reminders mostly come late on Friday (3 to 6pm) and due Monday. Would not issue company issued laptop or equipment but have expectations of getting things done by use of your personal devices including Teams meetings and multi factor authentication apps. This company is unable to retain talent and due to unfair compensation mostly people leave employment with them every 2 to 3 years. Mostly unable to reassign employee to another project after completion. Non technical people in management position looking to win projects providing technical solutions.

Pros

Cons

The company is very disorganized. The project managers aren't really project managers, they're essentially sales people. They make grandiose promises to garner new business, and grossly underestimate the amount of work that will be needed for the project, event though the product hasn't even been started yet! Then, they expect you to work all hours of the day and night to make their promises a reality. You're also not allowed to bill all this time you've been working, because the project is already over budget due to the ridiculously low-ball estimate the PMs -- i.e. sales people -- gave to the client up front. If things aren't getting done on time, they'll helpfully boost your productivity with hours long meetings to discuss why things aren't getting done. But don't say that low productivity is due to the daily hours long meetings -- that's a no-no. The inevitable conclusion is that everyone will need to work even longer hours. And have more and longer meetings. Anyone that isn't willing to work these hours or points out any of the numerous flaws with the way the company does business is treated derision and suspicion.

Pros

A small company with a very warm and friendly work environment. Work life balance is amazing. Work load can be heavy at times but the support never fails. Overall a great company to work for.

Cons

Weak Recruiting. The recruiter I had was horrible at communication. Doesn't answer phone and doesn't return phone calls. In the dark most of the time. Did well on the tech interview. Very sluggish on scheduling HR interview. Recruiters need to work on their people skills.
