Pros
The founders only hire people they believe in and trust so you are then given a lot of autonomy to define your role and your projects. This bleeds into flexibility and autonomy in where and how you work too. You are respected as an individual contributor and everyone has a voice in how the product is built and where it is going next.
Cons
Still a small team, that suits some people but won't suit everyone. There is always a risk with startups but the founders are honest about funding and investment.
