-Everyone is centered around and driven by a single mission. -Youthful energy, but highly professional, organized, and focused -You are given so much agency to share your opinions, thoughts, and voice -You feel good every day about what you are working towards -Async and highly flexible working hours -You are given lots of responsibility early on and learn how to grow professionally
Cons
-There is a lot of turnover, but this is because there are lots of students and the team understands this and is prepared to pass the torch and responsibility seamlessly. It also means there are more opportunities to grow into positions with more responsibility.
