Pros

You work on a spectrum of projects from reputable clients all over the world. The studio is inspiring, and you work among other talented designers that are always willing to push the needle. As long as you’re willing to put in the time and effort, the boundaries are endless. There’s also occasional catered breakfast, lunch, and 4PM snacks!

Cons

Culture is extremely tense and stressful. It’s easy to get burnt out making turnover high. You spend countless hours and weekends on projects only to hope that Yves will like it while lacking his support throughout the way. Yves is also difficult to work with and unpredictable. While you work on some game-changing projects some of them don’t see the light of day, making efforts seem pointless. Senior management can also do a better job rewarding employees, providing support, and appreciating us more. There’s a power struggle between some of them too making the culture awkward at times. You must know how to work with difficult personalities and high-pressure environments to survive.

Pros

The company name look great on your CVs. Very diverse and cool projects. One can really learn a lot in a very short time.

Cons

Everyone's portfolio looks the same. They treat you like a lab monkey. There is some race/gender discrimination going on in the office and it is a very competitive culture all around.

Pros

Beautiful office, nice perks, good pay, great design work

Cons

High turnover. Cliques definitely existed and if you didn't fit into them, then you were an outsider and excluded. You could feel it. This creates a toxic culture not focused on the quality of work of an individual but if you fit into the mold. There were few I could trust at work. It felt like I was in high school rather than a professional setting.
