Unfortunately you'll be bonding over how you've been at the company for years and still make 10/hr. Or how you're berated for not being able to meet the insane quotas placed on groups, or sent home for not getting enough respondents. You'll be given 2 hours and if you haven't met that magic number you'll be sent home. They went without an actual HR department for months recently. Please don't go to HR though, half the time they're the problem. We've had our PTO taken away due to 'computer trouble'. If you're lucky enough to qualify for it in the first place. Ensuring no one took any paid time off until it was fixed since we don't make enough to afford missing a single day. It was both smart and sleazy, as well as upsetting to those who had plans for the time they'd worked to earn. That's how much this company cares about you as an employee.

Sometimes, you are required to work past 11pm. Some Clients can't be hard to work with. Maintaining CSRs can be tough, as the company does not provide any benefits to CSRs and absolutely NO raises to CSRs even if you're an extremely good worker, or you've worked for the company for 5+ years- do not expect to get even a dime as a raise.
