It was a paycheck at least.

Cons

Unorganized. Lack of management leadership all around. Just unsafe maintenance practice by force from managers. Will not purchase tooling or manuals to complete inspections on aircraft and we are told to just "sign it off" to make flight schedules. Not sure how they still operate. Also not sure how many investigations have taken place but too many to count.

Highly dysfunctional management. Rotating wheel of leaders who do not communicate. Low pay.

They're dumb enough to pay idiotic amounts of money to mechs fresh out of A&P school, and to unlicensed "mechs" as well. The less exp. the more easily taken advantage of. If you have a high tolerance for downright negligent, dangerous maintenance practices while simultaneously being disrespected for not being reckless enough you'll thrive here. Don't expect hard work to pay off.

Cons

You will be forced into uncomfortable/unsafe situations by slick talking bozos. Look forward to harassing some random managers assistant to get paid each and every pay period. MX dept. ran by small town, small minded individuals with limited maintenance experience and unreasonably inflated ego's.
