Pros

Energetic & positive atmosphere with genuinely caring leadership. Strategic business plans are shared with employees and their input is important. Very team-oriented, fun place!

Cons

Lots of work to do, but everyone pulling together well.

Pros

Invests in the team. Mental well being is valued along with work life balance. Managers are transparent and direct. They want you to succeed even if it's not with the company. Benefits are incredible. PTO and Sick are separate banks and both accrue rather quickly Health was roughly $100 a month and dental and vision were free

Cons

Rental vehicles are a changing landscape, priorities shift. You have to be flexible. This is a customer facing role, you need to be patient. No real cons

Pros

The pay was good, co workers were great but not all and benefits

Cons

Scamming drivers, getting screamed at everyday by Lyft drivers, corporate slave, and punching bag. being told to forge paperwork and corporate saving themselves afterwards.
