Be able, sometimes, to choose my shifts

Cons

Horrible human treatment, got injured and even two years later I sufer because of this. They never cared, took the precautions or assume their role in my injurie, had to have a surgery because of this. And after this i found about many cases with physical problems and injuries because of this work.
