      None actually becoz they do not posses anything positive at all.

      1. Too much politics 2. no work management 3. blame game among employees 4. senior management only faithful to senior analysts 5. no specific criteria for performance evaluation 6. salary not paid on time 7. uncertainty over organization future 8. no growth and development opportunities 9. no work life balance 10. policies made against employees not for them. 11. Copal culture being followed 13. negative atmosphere 14. everybody wants to leave the organization

      Pros

      Subsidised food rates at rs 200 per month. Very low cab fee. Infrastructure is better than before.

      Cons

      Terrible management. No work life balance. HR has stopped interfering in activities of business research. The company faces very high attrition. People are fedup and want to leave company.
