Constantly nearly bankrupt. The company has furloughed its entire workforce and witheld wages twice in the last year. This situation is due to continuous lousy financial management. It's totally unreasonable that a "startup" that existed for about 15 years and previously raised up to $30 million would burn its investments into the ground. In comparison to other high-tech companies, the compensation package is incredibly stingy - low base salary, no bonuses, no raises, no career progression, symbolic holiday gifts, no company events, and, most importantly, no transparency. This company demands everything from its employees while giving nothing.

The management. Wow. Everything that was written here is true and understated, please ignore the responses from the company and just reach out to former employees via linkedin. They support ambiguity, hiding things, I heard that they didn't pay their employees during the corona but did expect them to work, didn't notify when people were fired or quit...you've learned everything from rumors or by chance. People who got interviewed didn't hear from the company for weeks without any proper reason...
