Bait and switch, do not trust them. CEO will tell you one thing and do another. Training is a joke, their leads are old, very few big player companies, and feel like the companies engage eTeam, INC because of their minority owned status only. The review responses on Glassdoor, are scripted and do not care about constructive criticism, but how they are percieved. The pictures are misleading, and there isn't a conference room and favor's family members over loyal team and hard working employees. If you are prepared for unrealistic expectation and outdated business practices, then this is you place. This place will not offer you grow, but merely tap you for your information and hang you out to dry. CEO does not put himself in front of the client enough, doesn't invest unless the client gives them something first, outdated infrastructure, empowers the wrong leadership, and questionable delivery practices and weak delivery model. All the negative reviews are authentic, everything else is staged or misleading. Not sure have they have 3+ stars and hope all the other "used" employees come and post their horrible stories.

ALL folks who are still working there - are working there BECAUSE the market never hired any of them, only if they were competent enough! Low Base Salary + Fake Promise of HIGH Commission (which you will NEVER get). They will purposely hire fresh-graduates or asian housewives (home-makers) or single American moms on hollow promises, then they make reasons when they don't want to pay the commission after sales.
