The CEO got a god complex. Bought out his partners then kind of became the end all be all of the company. Pay structure is stilted, when some one leaves instead of hiring a new employee, they split responsibilities to the rest of the team. Laid off a good portion of call center staff at beginning of pandemic, then replaced most of them with overseas workers to save money.

VERY REPETITIVE!! it will eventually suck the life out of you. it can get extremely boring, especially when orders run out (because they will) and you’re expected to “look busy” which basically means scrolling on your computer watching the minutes go by. hr kinda treats you like you’re in high school rather than work. pay is kinda low and most team leaders really don’t do crap or they’re mean and unhelpful.
