      Pros

      There is no any reason to work at eSpace. Run away.

      Cons

      very low salaries compared to the market. The management is the worse they always promise big promises that they can not fulfill (all they are looking for is how to get the most out of you while giving you the least amount of money and benefits ) Most of the people i know there are trying to escape. I would never recommend this place to anyone

      - Good place to start your career - On some occasions you can learn something - Flexible hours - Medical/Social insurance - COLA

      Cons

      - Below average salaries - Puts client needs above employees mental health (i.e short-notice changes / OT) - No work-life balance - Some employees lack a development plan - Not adapting to AI
