Cons
* Most salary questions are laughed at and ignored * No appreciation other than verbally from the management * The new product has certain issues, which lead to hiring no replacements when people leave. Staying people are expected to handle everything anyways. Management tells that "you should try doing that and it's okay if you fail, as it will be our fault, not yours" instead of searching for replacements. When replacements are found, candidate talks with the management fail due to candidates "asking too much money".
