      Pros

      Relaxed working culture, flexible hours, and located in a nice part of San Antonio.

      Cons

      If you are a software developer, then you will be working with tools that haven't been upgraded in years. There isn't much diversity in projects. Most of the projects feel the same. Learning new skills is not encouraged. Most of the code is of mediocre quality. The clients don't have high expectations either. The approach is usually "hacking in fixes to bugs". I can go on and on. I would not recommend this place to a friend.

      1. Open-minded to new technologies; 2. Flat organization structure; everybody treated like a family member; 3. Very easy-going and helpful colleagues; 4. Fun company events and parties held from time to time; 5. Promising and challenging industry; 6. San Antonio is a very beautiful town

      Cons

      Currently everything here I am enjoying; everyone is very helpful to me; there is not much Cons that I could think of.

      1) a challenging environment for developers to stay current with technology 2) a culture of seeking innovative/leading solutions in what they do 3) a working environment that provides employees with a lot of flexibility and a lot of fun 4) well established agile development processes

      Cons

      There seem to be too many meetings sometimes. That could be the necessary evil of a rigid and overall effective agile process.
