As someone has already highlighted, the reviews are forced by CEO. The company has really good employees at bottom level and mid level who puts heart and soul, but all is wrong with so called "Executive committee". They misuse company funds in the name of field visits and business travel. The CEO creates roles just to bring his family and friends inside the organization with plum salaries and everyone in the high level committe is aware of this Malpractice and yet, supports the CEO. There's a huge bias for MBA and IIT folks in the organization and HR who is with the company for over a decade ignores any feedback. There's a huge exits in last few years, because of lack of recognition and respect for sincere employees. Increment and appraisal depends on how good you are with executive committee and not your work.
