      - working in a great team - great colleagues and energy - exciting new teams and projects - opportunities for growth and advancement

      Cons

      - still using some older technologies in some teams that need to be changed - the customer satisfaction rate could be more of a focal point in decision-making and improvements. I think there’s room for improvement in how you prioritize customer satisfaction.

      They are super busy, at least in my team they did not have time to teach me basic concepts and terminologies and they expected me to find out many tricky things that could hinder anyone from continuing his/her job
