      I really enjoyed my time at eDesk, everyone was super friendly and welcoming to me during my time there. It's a great place to learn and grow especially if you are early in your career like myself. I got loads of support from my managers and felt like I could always ask questions.

      Pros

      If you enjoy working in a scaling SaaS company where things move quickly, eDesk offers a lot of opportunity to make an impact. There’s a strong sense of ownership in teams, and you’re encouraged to contribute ideas. Many colleagues are smart, driven, and collaborative. The company has invested in AI and product enhancements, and it’s clear there’s momentum building. I’ve also had a manager who genuinely supports career growth and open conversation.

      Cons

      It’s not for everyone — things change fast, and priorities can shift. If you're expecting rigid structure or slow-paced development, this isn’t the place. Communication has improved but still has room to grow. Growing pains are part of the journey.
