      - Gives opportunities to writers to network with the local start-up ecosystem as well as MNCs - Open to new ideas - Great editorial team that reviews articles weekly and communicates ideas

      - Events are becoming more important than tech news - Not enough renumeration for interns

      Independence to run your own show.

      Cons

      Company direction swings every few months. Projects are started with little to no validation. Expect new hires to pick up up things on their own with no training or handover.

      Employees are all hardworking and you can get along easily with everyone. All the clients are all nice too and you can get a lot of connections in the tech ecosystem

      * The amount of manpower is not enough * Management's employee retention is not good * No benefits, no holidays * They don't appreciate their employees * They always decline salary increases when you ask for one even if you deserve it * m2m
