Aimless, Clueless, Hopeless

Pros

Global organization, decent benefits. No accountability.

Cons

The organization is a complete mess. Reporting lines are unclear, there is no clear guidance on anything. Direction, planning, budgeting and strategy can change at the whim of senior partners who fly in from Europe, usually on their way to vacation or just to spend a few days in the US. Projects are equally chaotic, nothing gets delivered on time, ever. The office is a throwback from the 80s, morale sucks, turnover is through the roof.

Pros

Delaware gives wrong information while hiring and gives big picture about Delaware and they fire consultants without any notice with less than 2 weeks, 4 weeks ..... very unprofessional and unethical company. Suggest not to join this company. The worst company to work with. Lot of pressure on one person per project.

Cons

Unethical unprofessional organization. Very horrible client management, no proper project planning. They have have hiring and firing consultants from the time I joined i am watchin people fired within less than 2 weeks. They call friday late around 7 pm and announce the last day. Horrible... Please suggest dont join leaving your current job.

Pros

- Some colleagues are great to work with - Relatively relaxed environment - Good team building events

Cons

- Double - standards on the policies being implemented - Poor management of resources - Lack of empowerment for employees - Lack of rewards and recognition - No proper salary range established per job level - Salary and benefits are not competitive in the market - Performance Review is not implemented properly - KRA and KPIs are vague - PA review is not discussed to the employees. No proper feedback to help the employee see where to improve and where he / she excels - You cannot drive your own career. Lateral transfer within the company is not supported by the management - Lack of transparency from the management to the employees - Some major concerns of employees are not taken into consideration by the management
