      Pros

      Open office environment with friendly and fun co-workers. The hands-on experience has great opportunities for learning, as well as growth. It is easy tell that everyone feels passionate about what the company stands for. It is amazing working with such a collaborative team that is always striving for innovation and inspiration to make our products the best they can be.

      Cons

      As with many start-ups, having a smaller team means it can sometimes feel hectic and demanding, but management is constantly working on adding new team members to support the company's growing needs.

      Pros

      Great people, fun and creative office culture - incredible growth opportunities both within the company and at retail. Valuable experience with a market leader during rapid transition from the start-up stage to maturity! Everyone gives 110% but the company is equally supportive and strongly encouraging of work/life balance. Fantastic Holiday schedule and generous PTO policies are provided.

      Cons

      The fast pace and lean team can at times be chaotic (typical of start-up environment) but the company is actively bringing in new team leads and staff to support & develop internal organization. It's necessary to support other departments at times and develop systems from the ground up.
