1. both founders have no sense of talking and will keep on shaming you. Bad working environment. 2. no working hours. They can give you work any time even in night or evening at 7 PM and will told you to complete it on the same day. 3. very less salary according to industry standard. Look at the variable component of job offer. 4. working every Saturday for no reason at all. Both founders will tell you to extend weekend for no major work. 5. Hire and Fire people for project. 6. no job security. They will let you go for a very minor reason. I have seen my colleagues being fired for no reasons. 7. people leave the company in 2-4 months.
