Pros

The team is very technology-prone, curious and willing to share its expertise. The company culture is well-grounded in agile and lean startup - always striving to stay at the cutting edge. Ample and unbureaucratic sponsoring for continous learning (conferences, books, ...) of all employees consistently reflects this value.

Cons

Ultimately, the company's reality is largely shaped by the customers it serves, the majority of which belongs to the old economy with its fear-driven culture. In critical situations at the customers', the company is sometimes lacking concrete values and internal constraints to guide self-organization and business decisions. The company's work force is growing very rapidly and it remains to be seen how well primarily self-organization can handle the forces evoked thusly.

Pros

The company culture and benefits are great. They are really people oriented and insist on using 20% time for learning new skills. They provide educational budget and new hardware every few years. I Never worked before in a company with such good work/life balance.

Cons

Can't see any cons, really good place for work
