No doubt the company taught me a lot but isn't employee centric at all. Company isn't comitted to their own terms & conditions. I had to face many problems for resignation even after successfully completing my probation, my loyality towards the organization of respecting the probation duration wasn't considered, instead I was blamed and acused of joining other organization, being rude and arrogant. I was also threatened with filing a law suit against me. HR people are rude in talking and doesn't have any empathy towards employees & their condition. I would rate this organization as good in teaching but very worse at treating their employees.
