Pros

There used to be Pros in this company but now no more.

Cons

This company hires in management their own friends and knowns, Hr are incompetent. They make the old employees feel like they don't deserve here. No promotion, Hike is worst here. The policies they make here are not for the employee but to benefit the company. If you want to save your career never join this organization

Pros

There are none to mention

Cons

- Won't tell the budget for hiring and get the candidate involved for the hiring process. - After conducting 3-4 rounds of interview (total time consumed: 3 hours) they would offer very low ( as per industrial standards ) package and won't even consider your ask. - They would make up some flaws in you so that you accept their low offer. - Time waste.

Pros

They started developing some product which gave a good platform to learn and grow

Cons

There are several concerns about the management, particularly in the India office, where favoritism appears to be supported. In particular, there's an individual who, despite lacking knowledge and skills, has been promoted to Senior Cloud Solution Architect. This person is negatively impacting the company's culture and creating a stressful environment with poor communication skills. Due to his close relationship with the Managing Director, he act with undue authority. Despite beginning product development, the company was unprepared. The top management and product team lacked the necessary knowledge to effectively run the development process, leading to significant challenges. Although some competent individuals have joined the teams lately, the top management's inadequate product management skills and failure to follow correct processes continue to undermine progress. Additionally, HR and other departments are not functioning independently, operating instead on the directives of a single individual who tends to make decisions based on incorrect assumptions and advice from a select few.
