Cons
Preach a "one-team" culture to squeeze every last ounce of effort from their staff but ultimately only do what's best for the company, with little benefit to the staff. The 'one team' values go out the window when it suits and is used as a form of control to get what they want from the staff. Senior management are incompetent, lacking any real strategy or leaderships skills. The MD keeps a firm grip on EVERYTHING, suffocating and preventing the staff from doing the jobs they're paid to do. Takes only advice from himself and think everyone else is an idiot. Ironic, because his strategy is throwing muck at the wall and seeing what sticks, wasting everyone's time. Progression is non-existent in every department.
