      Pros

      High quality team, particularly the asset class specialists. Very open and collaborative culture - all have good access to senior management. High integrity. Warm, friendly place to work.

      Cons

      Fast growth of the company - while excellent - does create minor challenges for aspects of process and communication .

      Great exposure to wide variety of asset classes, investors, managers etc globally - fantastic for career development. Excellent culture - friendly, supportive, open, high degree of trust. Flexibility.

      Cons

      Relatively small/narrow teams mean that advancement can stall from a title/role perspective. Less opportunity to develop people management experience than a larger firm would offer.
