Extreme Churn Rate: The company has been around for a year, yet the longest-serving employee has only been here for 2 months. In the short time I was there, I saw 3 to 4 HR Managers leave. This speaks volumes about the internal stability. Contractual Bait-and-Switch: What is promised in the interview and offer letter does not match the reality. I was hired for a recruitment role but spent most of my time doing basic CS chat support. Salary terms were also "gamed" and inconsistently applied compared to the signed agreement. Zero Benefits & Compliance Issues: Despite the tier system, the targets are mathematically impossible to achieve. There are effectively no medical benefits, no annual leave, and no allowances. Furthermore, there are serious concerns regarding the consistency of statutory contributions (EPF/SOCSO). Outdated Equipment Policy: You are required to use your own personal laptop and phone for all work tasks with zero reimbursement or allowance, despite the high expectations for output. Burnout Culture: Expect a 6-day work week with 12-hour shifts (9 AM – 9 PM). The culture is rooted in extreme micromanagement with no respect for work-life balance or employee well-being. Management Style: "The management is always right" mentality. There is a significant language barrier that complicates communication, and employees are treated as disposable rather than as assets.
