      Going down hill FAST

      Pros

      Ability to work from home, ensure the safety of motorists, learn, and adapt to the technological side of the almost $1 trillion auto industry. Decent benefits and okay pto.

      Cons

      Constant pay cuts, no room for advancement, piece pay (not hourly), no overtime is allowed, poor leadership at a corporate level. The faster you work, the less that work is worth.

      Pros

      Was a great company with a solid collaborative culture with a great exec team. ELT team seemed to care and was involved with employees.

      Cons

      Company changed when the ELT and CEO were let go late 2019 and the company culture has gone downhill big time. New execs are disconnected with employees and seem to focus on their own things. Everyone is waiting for the next shoe to drop....

      Doug is no longer with the company and it seems like ever since its only been about the money over the quality of work. All of upper management seems to no longer be connected with the employees and are quick to fire people on no real grounds, especially when they have other problems going on that they pick and chose to address when they do or don't feel like it. The whole operation is crooked.
