      Pros

      It’s a remote-first company that truly embraces flexibility, which makes a huge difference in work-life balance. Payments are made in USD. Also, they actively support and invest in Latin American talents, showing their value to the US market. They also foster a strong sense of community and growth through initiatives like hackathons and guilds, and talks to the leadership are frequent.

      Cons

      I think they are in a great direction. One thing we are sometimes afraid of is whether the client we are allocated decides to stop the contract. In such cases, Arion usually tries to allocate the members to other clients, since the company is getting bigger, it's also becoming better.

      Good clients with interesting projects

      Cons

      They just fire you when the client doesn't have budget anymore and if they open later a job for a similar position, they will not consider you for that, they also force you to interview other candidates for them without being paid for that.
