- Exposure to several projects / components of business - Unique, modern office in great location - Occasional beers on Fridays
Cons
- Condescending, misguided and vindictive management - Very low pay and pretty poor benefits in today's market - Constant "fire drill" mentality - Micromanagement - Zero growth potential - Lack of established culture - Disorganization from top to bottom

Pros
The best thing about working at a small firm like a5 was getting to dabble in every facet of marketing. I did social media marketing, content management, SEO, public relations and event planning.
Cons
While I've liked the small feel, I think a bigger agency would be a little more active. I wish there were a bit more communication and movement in the office during the day.
