Perks, pto days, sometimes the pay, but it depends on your title.

Cons

Not that best place to work with. They're a big fake bubble. They do not protect employees health and privacy. Bad managenment in all their offices, they click like groups. Slave you and don't pay you enough. They expect too much and no respect foer their employess. Alot of drama, and they all know ur business. They run on gossip. Managers team up and if you don't kiss their behind they don't promote you. They are more like best friends. The supervisor and some managers can humiliate you and belittle you. Sad but true. I'm a victim of them now. Very upsetting and hurting.

Decent salary Very flexible work hours which leads to a great work/life balance Overtime when needed (Some) nice people

Cons

-Health benefits are too costly -No consistent raises -Toxic work environment -Rampant nepotism (A LOT of employees are related to someone) -Unprofessional behavior at times from upper management and other heads -Disfunction within other departments which results in an overall "cliquey" office culture -Obvious problematic employees are never dealt with, they are instead moved around to different departments away from conflict in short, no accountability.

Cons

Brutal workload with little regard for patient safety, as technologists are forced to leave patients unattended on equipment to tend to other patients. Impossible schedules, double booking and one technologist operating two machines at once.
