Open culture with no hierarchy and a strong bias toward ownership for everyone. Our simple goal is for everyone to grow phenomenally and achieve peak performance, which will help them to accelerate in their career. It will be a lot of hard work, but at the same time, quite rewarding if you are clear about the goals. We set the expectations through our values, principles and heuristics and help each other unlock the true potential as a team. We are more than happy for any one of you to directly speak with our current or former employees/interns to get an accurate picture. We believe that change is the only constant, and we are always open to feedback that will help us grow our team and company.
Cons
We are still a growing company with many scopes to grow, and we are constantly course-correcting our way of operating based on the feedback we get.
