6yCould you please confirm if you managed to close a single role with us? and you were not rewarded for that? If you are entering into a freelancer work agreement, you need to perform to get paid.
At Zone IT Solutions, we try to nurture and train our new employees, and despite the best of our efforts, if they do not perform on agreed terms, after a fair little feedbacks and no improvements, we have to let them go.
Thanks for sharing your experience. Our engagement was drawn as a freelancer and % commission was based on closures you can achieve. We chose you for potential, even though your experience did not reflect what was needed to work with a leading Recruitment agency.
Most of our team is with us for over 2 years and happily helping our clients manage their IT Talent.
It's sad to see that despite the best of our efforts, help, and support training and mentorship, you could not achieve a single closure in prolonged stay with us.
All the agreed payments were made on time. And we maintained transparency for your candidates and closures with you. Despite no results from you, we have often encouraged with gift cards and a number of other incentives and engagements to keep morale high.
We wish you the very best. We treat our employees, freelancers, contractors, Customers with respect, and integrity. Thanks for letting us know where we went wrong with you.
