Amazing supportive culture - managers walk the walk and prioritize employees and their needs/lives over the bottom line, lots of opportunity to grow or move to other departments, nice monthly employee appreciation perks, great vacation policy, fun and exciting place to work (lots of variety and challenge in the job duties)
Cons
health care is expensive, less effort on employee culture when working remote during pandemic, don't pay as much as similar job would be elsewhere (but you have to love the mission and the bigger part of the plan)
