Zolo reviews about "pay"

It's been 2 years since I left this org and still some memories come back to haunt me. Zolo was my first workplace and it taught me that it's best not to have dreams & hopes, which is really sad. I have experienced and seen the management breaking down the employee(s) by constantly taunting them, which leads to the employee becoming desperate for validation. Personally, my self confidence was shredded like paper and I've spent the last 2 years piecing myself together and it's only half done. Also, the pay was very very low! I had to step into the market to realise that I deserved more.

Salary Pay is less as compared to Industry

The pay scale is not great

Very Low pay. We travel 50 km everyday, and dont get a fuel allowance. Less incentives even after achieving high targets.

Less Pay compared to working hours. Only 1 day off per week. No work life balance.
