Attractive salary Good Food. Good infrastructure

I worked n Zoho for more than 18 months. There are many teams in Zoho, few of them are very good and few are very worst. It's totally depend upon the managers. Here HRs don't have any power against managers. HR are like key toys for manager. WSM is a worst team ever. You will be forced to work for 12 to 16 hours a day. Work pressure will be very high and openings too since people leave often. Even if you work hard and do your work perfectly if you are not nice to managers then they can send u anytime. These HR won't follow any Labour law rules, they can terminate you anytime to support managers. If you are nice to manager then you can stay long in the same team and you will get all benefits. But if you speak against long working hours and work pressure then u will be fired immediately. Please don't spoil your career life by seeing attractive salary and company facilities. All company parties and functions only for other team members not for WSM. We work very hard for 5 to 6 years n BPO, Tech support then come here for next level. But within short period of time then will send you back to very bad level. HR Team. Worst team. Never support employees. If you complaint against to manager them will secretly speak to manager and try to take action in us. For them only managers are employees, others are slaves. Never support employees. EVEN IF MANAGER MISBEHAVE . CEO GREAT MAN, I STONGLY AGREE. BUT HE LOOKS FOR REVINUE AND MORE BUSINESSES RATHER THAN EMPLOYEE CARE. EVEN IF YOU CONTACT HIM FOR EMERGENCY HE WONT REPLY. HE WILL SIMPLY IGNORE YOUR EMAIL AND MESAAGES. SO YOU CONT COMPLAINT AGAINST YOUR MANAGER OR HR TO HIM ALSO. Worst management WSM. Don't spoil your career.

To job seekers : If you are looking for a job in ManageEngine WSM team, consider this message as a blessing or an alert. It is recommended to think twice before you spoil your career. The top management will be busy in making revenue and not aware of whats happening @ ManageEngine WSM team, To my knowledge I am the third employee resigning within a span of 60 days. 1. Since there is no hierarchy you will never get a proper designation. The roles and responsibilities of your job and your designation will be north and south. 2. If you are into ManageEngine AD solution pre-sales, you will be sending mails in a different signature, all your credits will be given to the name of the person mentioned in the signature. (You will loose your identity, even in calls you will be forced to speak in a different name) 3. Managers will always see you as a resource and not as a human being. 4. The leaves are limited and you will be forced to work more than 10 hours per day. 5. If you have a good sense of humor and if you can entertain the managers and jell with them, your growth will be vertical. 6. If there is a problem or escalation for you, managers will never come down to a technician level to know the actual root cause, instead they will listen and believe what his favorite (trustworthy) person says and take harsh actions against you. 7. Managers will never motivate you to get the job done. They will demotivate you to get their job done (treating you like their slave). 8. Leads are instructed not to guide their team, but to rule their teams. 9. If you request for a team change you will be terminated or forced to resign the job.

Free Food Flexible timing If you are a fresher, it's a good place to start your career

Zoho is not what it was a few years back. Poor management, PAY FOR WORK culture is not followed, Not good for experienced people. Note: a lot of 2-3 years experienced people getting freshers salary[not even 6LPA]. HRs doesn't respect employees. Always targetted on increasing the revenue. don't care about employees. Doesn't give importance to code quality. Software development life cycle is not followed. You'll be given a raw requirement, mostly verbal... you have to develop working code. You can't learn anything else apart from the programming language that you are using.[employee retainment plan] No matter how hard you work, your manager will expect more from you. [eg. Extracting $1000 worth work from you within a week and pays you $1-$3 for the work] Your manager/supervisor will get credit for your work ALWAYS!!! If you are an experienced person, please avoid ZOHO. it is not what you think it is, now.
