      Very strong talent density and good senior leadership. Solving very real problems in an industry late to adopt technology.

      Cons

      Decision-making could be a quick better, but new senior hires should fix that.

      Pros

      Mission to stop climate change attracts great people who care and are collaborative. Thoughtful, smart leadership who are passionate about the company and team they build. Huge growth plans with the skills and experience to actually make them happen. Exciting product using lots of data science and a great tech stack.

      Cons

      Good for people who want to work in a high-growth space. Fast paced but pretty balanced.
