Pros

Some of the people there are nice to work with.

Zetron is dysfunctional on many levels. Unless you are one of the "old timers" (20-years or more) or are part of the "protected" upper management team, your chances of being successful are unfortunately limited. The "old timers" do nearly anything they can to invalidate your work by means of backstabbing. There are many unnecessary layers of upper management, and there have been many layoffs recently but none in upper management. They appear to be a dying company, where many of their customers are now going out of business. Zetron has attempted to move into the direct contact business, but the bigger and better players are winning the contact sales. And, the once strong individual product sales are a thing of the past. Because many of their new system products have been plagued with problems and very late to market, the industry has all but lost confidence in this company -- it's just a matter of time now.

Pros

Employee's are treated very well and with a high degree of respect. Customers care and problem resolution has been historically and is currently taken very seriously, at time really going above and beyond what most companies would do. Strong sense of family in most area's. As with any company small pockets of discontent, those who feel they and only they could do a better job if just..... Amazing opportunities abound at Zetron for career advancement, I have personally benefitted greatly.

Cons

No Cons....I truly believe we strike the right balance of meeting corp. needs vs. internal decision making. Never an easy task...

Extremely brutal management that have no regard for loyalty or success in a role. No ethical people management skills in senior leadership team.

Thank you for posting the feedback. At Zetron, we have clear leadership principles. Two of which apply in this case, 'Tension is Good' and 'Right People over Right Strategy.' When we are in a sales role whereby, we avoid tension by abdicating accountability we learn that we likely do not have the right person. As an organization, it is imperative to take action to ensure that the entirety of our organization thrives and participates in our success. That requires that we are all accountable. Employees will outgrow companies, and the reverse is true as well, companies will outgrow employees. We wish the best of luck in the future.
