      Pros

      Some great people doing positive things for the horticulture sector. Lots of opportunity to work with a broad range of people. Good to understand entire value chain.

      Cons

      A lot of pressure. A strong traditional management ethos with few true leaders who are capable of creating effective teams. A lack of transparency, positive and safe culture, and authentic values.
