- Management is very toxic. And it's getting worse every day. Micro management on the highest possible level - People are always forced to work until the last drop of sweat but you are never recognised or appreciated - No culture , stressful work environment, very tense

Fairly chaotic and immature organisation with few processes in place, leading each team to invent their own wheels since there’s almost no company wide standards or reusable components available; top management is frantic and short-sighted and keeps moving the goalposts. Every few months there’s a new urgent fire coming from the top and a subsequent reworking of all priorities and plans. Feels like tech is always putting out fires or chasing sales rather than working on the roadmap or fixing the deep structural problems.
