Pros

- Earning potential is through the roof - support and mentorship from the best sales and senior managent team - flexible to work from home or one of many UK offices - cool offices with refreshments :) - team and company wide get to togethers - annual over achievers holidays (5 star treatment) - I could go on….

Cons

This is not a con but something I would also demand if I had my own company…… If you aren’t prepared to put in 100% his is not the company to join.

Pros

I’ve been working at ZerodayLab for over 6 years and have seen the company develop a lot over that time. Firstly, ZeroDayLab really does invest in their people, especially consultants, with a huge focus on training and certifications all driven by the consultants and supported by their managers/directors. I’ve personally seen exponential career development and support from ZerodayLab allowing me to move in to the position I find myself in now, in other organisations I’m not sure I would see that level of support and investment, I will always be grateful for what the three founders have done. I’m a big believer in investing time in a company to get the most out of it, if you put the hard work in, you always get recognised, you always get rewarded! ZeroDayLab does reward it’s people and that’s why a lot of our consultants especially on the Ethical Hacking side stay so long. Good people attract other great people, and we have that here. If you’re looking to work with extremely talented technical people, want to learn off recognised industry figures, have fun while doing it, and work on some extremely interesting and diverse projects I cannot recommend ZeroDayLab enough. If you want 9-5 big corporate then probably not. If you like research, development, and being part of something, then ZeroDayLab is in my opinion one of the best places to work as a consultant.

Cons

Of course this wouldn’t be a balanced (or real review), without some of the cons, every company has some things they need to address or improve, like information security there is no 100% secure! If you don’t like or are not willing to travel then ZeroDayLab might not be the right company for you, as a lot of the projects are onsite (this is a good thing), there also of course loads of remote projects, and Operations do a good job of balancing this, but willingness to travel is important. Work can be demanding at times because ZeroDayLab have high standards, these are what their clients expect, so again if you are not looking to be challenged, pushed, and taken outside of your comfort zone then this might not be right for you. Is ZeroDayLab perfect? No, there are always some challenges with every medium sized companies, but these do get addressed by the management, and they do strive to improve things, which is a positive.

Pros

I have enjoyed working at ZeroDayLab for 2years as their full-time HR and Operations Manager. The Executive Board is incredibly knowledgeable and professional; the best at what they do. Their vision for IT Security Consulting is always one step ahead. ZeroDayLab has a great training program; as HR Manager I am proud of the fact that the team believes in supporting all employees in developing their skills and knowledge through in-house mentoring and support in obtaining certifications for professional development. The benefits are great and include: competitive salary with annual reviews, vacation days linked with length of employment, performance-related bonuses, health insurance, company pension and share options.

Cons

I cant think of any.
