Pros

When it was a good environment, the other employees were the reason. Unfortunately, the best people are gone or on their way out. If they're hiring, that means they're trying to find cheap, temporary labor (preferably Russian or Armenian), or they're trying to establish a patsy for their ethically questionable behavior.

Cons

The boss is a nightmare to work for. He's stubborn, stingy, and a generally unpleasant person to be around. Now that the company is in trouble with the CFPB, a day at the office must be hell.

Monthly massages, it's the least they could do for the amount of unnecessary stress they put their employees through.

Cons

So many cons it's hard to think of them all. The owner is emotionally unstable and constantly yelling and micromanaging employees. A group of employees were once screamed at in front of the entire office for not replying to an email fast enough. During my time there they did not compensate hourly employees for business related travel time. There is no real Human Resources department so you're expected to keep any concerns to yourself, otherwise you will be "let go". Qualifications and work ethic don't matter here, favoritism will only be shown to anyone who is Armenian.
