      Pros

      There are great people that work there. Most are concerned about the work that they do and care about the company

      Cons

      Management all the way to the top do not care about the workers. They have not given raises for approximately 8 years. They don't pay their bills which makes it very hard to get your work done. They keep managers that are terrible with employees and keep them only because they have tribal knowledge. They bring in people and make you believe that they will help fix the company but they are no better than those they have replaced. It's a very sad environment to work in due to how they handle their operations. Many managers and supervisors have quit as they are tired of trying to make things work with no success.

      While this review was posted a while ago - it is important to respond. In many ways your review is not inaccurate for what was going on in 2016. I'm happy to report that things have changed dramatically for the better! We were under different management and since that change was made so many great things have changed for ZERO Manufacturing! Great Benefits, Pay, Holidays, etc. Our employees are the best of the best!!!

      Great Employees and Corporate History

      Pros

      Employees are the key - feels like a family. Company has a long history in manufacturing some really cool cases and enclosures.

      Cons

      The revolving door at the C-level has been somewhat of a problem. Too many changes at the top. Employees are often undervalued by Executive management team.
