Pros

Aren’t many unfortunately- Work from home.

Cons

Management or lack of in my opinion. This is the most toxic, worst place to currently work. Two rounds of redundancies have meant teams are severely understaffed and employees overworked. Both founders seem to hide when the going gets tough and get their mouthpieces to front all comms during tough times. The company is being run worse than a circus act, with no sense of direction or leadership. Management show no empathy and we are constantly told to just get on with it when clearly struggling. Continue to promote their favourites into unnecessary positions within the organisation, all the whilst desk level employees are either laid off or worked to the bone. My advice would be to avoid the company like the plague! This company will not be around much longer and will sink quicker than the titanic! Hiring is a joke, c level members are all inadequate and VPs not worthy of their title nor package. Throw money away on reimbursement to customers or leasing offices that aren’t fit for purpose. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Pros

1. For the most part friendly people 2. Good exposure to the industry 3. Great software

Cons

1. Severely underpaid and overworked staff, particularly junior operations team members. 2. Toxic middle management in the form of SMT. 3. Narrative for 2020 was 'one of the lucky ones' in the pandemic. In reality the founders fired most of the sales team. 2 weeks previously the whole business was told there was security. 4. They do not follow through with bonuses or promotions as promised. This has happened to several people in the business.

Pros

- work from home - flexibility - decent benefits - a lot of really great people

Cons

- no consultation period for redundancies - top heavy on management and little to no investment in the entry level teams - told everyone they couldn't have a cost of living payrise as there wasn't enough money then hired MORE senior managers and promoted some as well - no operating system meaning its almost impossible for operations team to do their job well - they promise the world and then don't follow through - upper managers don't listen to or consult with industry experts on big changes. They think they know better then end up wasting loads of money
